Proceeds are expected to repay approximately $20 million in bridge financing from Ryan and fund completion of the amphitheater’s construction.
2. Venue opening expected
The 20,000-capacity venue serving the Dallas-Fort Worth market is expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.
