Venu partners with Hunt Sports, Peak Curated to develop mixed-use district at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas

Hunt Sports Development picked Peak Curated Development and Venu Holding Corporation to develop a mixed-use district at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.

Phase one calls for a 290-room boutique hotel and more than 40,000 square feet of convention, meeting and event space.

Plans include a flexible 25,000-square-foot meeting center with a 15,000-square-foot ballroom designed to convert into a 3,000-capacity music hall.

Groundbreaking is slated for 2027.

Toyota Stadium’s $215 million renovation remains on track for completion in spring 2028.
