VEON signs 10-year strategic agreement with Amdocs to modernize core IT operations
VEON•VEON signed a 10-year agreement with Amdocs to run and modernize its core technology operations across Eurasia. The deal aims to speed digital-service rollouts and provide long-term IT cost predictability, and includes Amdocs’ use of certain QazCode intellectual property rights.

Amdocs will support VEON’s core technology operations across Eurasia, with the partnership targeting faster rollout of digital services and long-term cost predictability, supported by Amdocs’ AI technology. Amdocs will integrate certain QazCode intellectual property rights into its aOS agentic operating system for telecom; VEON said digital and AI services account for about 27% of group revenue.
