Vera Therapeutics grants inducement equity awards to eight new hires, sets options at $40.13 per share

Vera Therapeutics granted inducement equity awards to eight new hires under its 2024 Inducement Plan on July 6, 2026.

The awards include stock options for 32,100 Class A shares priced at $40.13 per share, based on the July 6 closing price. It also issued RSUs covering 16,050 Class A shares.

The options vest over four years, with 25% vesting after year one and the remainder vesting monthly. The RSUs vest 25% annually each Aug. 20.
