Veradermics’ oral VDPHL01 achieves positive Phase 3 results in male pattern hair loss

Veradermics said its oral VDPHL01 met all primary and secondary endpoints with high statistical significance in a Phase 3 trial for male pattern hair loss. At month six, 78.8% of participants taking the drug once daily and 85.0% taking it twice daily reported visible improvement. The company said the drug showed a favorable safety profile in more than 1,000 participants, with no new safety signals.

Veradermics said it completed enrollment in its female pattern hair loss trial and expects topline data in the first half of 2027.
