- For full-year 2026, Veralto now expects adjusted earnings per share between $4.35 and $4.43, compared with its earlier forecast of $4.20 to $4.28.
- Analysts expect a profit of $4.25 apiece, according to data compiled by LSEG.
- The Waltham, Massachusetts-based company posted second-quarter adjusted profit per share of $1.11, above analysts' estimate of $1.01.

Veralto raises full-year profit forecast
July 28 (Reuters) - Veralto VLTO.N on Tuesday raised its forecast for full-year profit above Wall Street estimates, helped by strong demand for its water quality testing and filtration systems.
Demand for water analytics supporting the daily operations of municipal customers remained steady, the company said.
"We continue to benefit from strong demand across industrial water treatment, water reuse initiatives and environmental water monitoring workflows," CEO Jennifer Honeycutt added.
