1. Study analyses planned
Verastem announced that new RAMP 201 molecular profiling and external control arm analyses describing outcomes for avutometinib plus defactinib in recurrent low-grade serous ovarian cancer will be presented at IGCS 2026.
2. Reported study outcomes
Verastem said the combination achieved an 18% ORR and 13-month median progression-free survival in triple wild-type low-grade serous ovarian cancer. In a Japanese study, it achieved a 44% ORR and a 94% disease control rate. The company also said the treatment showed higher ORR and progression-free survival versus conventional care in low-grade serous ovarian cancer.
