Verastem Oncology outlined new analyses of avutometinib with defactinib in recurrent LGSOC, reporting an 18% overall response rate in tumors lacking KRAS, NRAS and BRAF mutations. An external control analysis indicated better tumor response and longer disease control than conventional chemotherapy or anti-estrogen care.
