Veraxa Biotech partners with Ardigen on AI-enabled drug discovery for BiTAC pipeline

Veraxa Biotech entered a collaboration with Ardigen to apply AI tools to its BiTAC pipeline in oncology.

Work targets improved selection of dual cancer targets for conditionally active T cell engagers, with potential expansion to antibody-drug conjugates.

The strategy aims to reduce on-target, off-tumor toxicity by using an “AND-gate” approach that activates only when two targets co-express on cancer cells.

Initial focus includes AI models to integrate industry preclinical and clinical datasets to identify synergistic target pairs and refine program design.
