Vericel Q2 swings to GAAP profit of $2.2 million; revenue rises 22% to $77.5 million

Vericel raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $330 million-$340 million and reaffirmed gross margin near 75% and non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA margin near 27%.
Q2 revenue and profit improve
Vericel said second-quarter revenue rose 22% to $77.5 million, and net income turned to $2.2 million, or $0.04 per diluted share.
MACI revenue increased 23% to $65.5 million, while Burn Care revenue climbed 22% to $12 million.
