VerifyMe announces virtual annual shareholder meeting

VerifyMe will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 24, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a proposed merger with OpenWorld, including a share issuance tied to the transaction.
The ballot also covers charter amendments to authorize a new class of Blockchain Common Stock for potential future trading on Figure OPEN.
The companies expect the merger to close shortly following the meeting if shareholders back the share issuance proposal.
The combined company would operate as OpenWorld, Inc., targeting Nasdaq trading under ticker OPNW, subject to approval.
