Diluted GAAP EPS slipped to $1.75 from $1.81, while diluted adjusted EPS rose 5.3% to $1.98.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 4.2% to $464 million, while adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed 0.1 percentage point to 57.5%.
Free cash flow climbed 57.9% to $298 million; net cash from operating activities rose to $366 million from $245 million.
2026 guidance reaffirmed
Verisk reaffirmed 2026 guidance for revenue of $3.19 billion-$3.24 billion, diluted adjusted EPS of $7.45-$7.75, and adjusted EBITDA margin of 56%-56.5%.
