• Exit costs tied to terminating or renegotiating third-party operating agreements are estimated at $0.7 million to $0.8 million.
• $4.5 million of costs were incurred through June 30, 2026, and were booked as restructuring charges for the three and six months ended then.
• Remaining costs are expected through the first half of 2027.
