Verrica Pharmaceuticals signed an exclusive distribution, marketing, supply deal with Medomie Pharma to commercialize YCANTH for molluscum contagiosum in Israel.
Medomie will seek Israeli regulatory approval, obtain marketing authorization, and distribute the product locally.
Verrica will manufacture YCANTH, supply Medomie, and receive 60% of Medomie’s net selling price in Israel.
The deal includes up to $8.2 million in regulatory and commercial milestone payments.
