VersaBank appointed Lawrence Chamberlain as Global SVP, Investor and Stakeholder Relations, effective immediately.
Chamberlain had advised on the bank’s investor relations program for six years on a consulting basis. He most recently was a partner at LodeRock Advisors, an investor relations and capital markets communications consultancy.
Chamberlain has more than three decades of capital markets experience, largely in investor relations and capital markets communications.
