Versant to Buy Full Swing for $530 Million to Expand Golf Portfolio

Versant has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Full Swing for $530 million in cash. Full Swing provides high-end golf simulation hardware and software used by consumers and commercial venues.
Full Swing complements Versant's existing golf assets—Golf Channel, GolfNow and GolfPass—by adding an interactive simulation platform. The acquisition aims to deepen engagement across digital and physical golf experiences.
The transaction will be funded from Versant's available cash reserves. Management expects the addition of Full Swing’s subscription-based model to drive accretive recurring revenue and enhance overall margins.
