Versus Systems appointed Brian Goldenberg as chief financial officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer on Sept. 8, 2026.
He previously served as COO, chief compliance officer, and CFO at Divisadero Street Capital Management from Nov. 2023 to Feb. 2026.
Earlier, Goldenberg was CFO at Trend Capital Management from Feb. 2018 to Nov. 2023.
Luis Goldner will no longer serve as principal financial officer.
