Vertafore launches two Velocity AI agents to automate policy processing

1. Early testing results
Vertafore launched Velocity Policy Intake Agent and Velocity Policy Check Agent on October 15, 2026. Early adopter testing found the Intake Agent reduced typical Commercial Property and General Liability package policy creation and review time by up to 87%, while the Check Agent cut policy-checking time by up to 90% per line of business.
2. Product availability
Both agents are available in AMS360, and Policy Intake Agent is also in early access for Sagitta. Vertafore said the agents aim to reduce manual workloads, improve policy data quality and limit agencies’ errors and omissions exposure.
