Vertex Pharmaceuticals appoints Daniel Brennan to board as independent director
VRTX•Vertex Pharmaceuticals appointed Daniel Brennan as an independent director, expanding its board from 10 to 11 members.
1. Board appointment
Brennan retired last year as Boston Scientific's executive vice president and chief financial officer after more than 25 years at the company. He has more than 35 years of healthcare finance experience, including responsibility for global finance functions and corporate business development at Boston Scientific.
