The company raised its FY2026 revenue outlook to $828.9 million-$830.9 million and adjusted EBITDA outlook to $217.9 million-$219.9 million. For Q4 2026, it forecasts revenue of $215 million-$217 million and adjusted EBITDA of $58 million-$60 million.
Vertex said continued momentum in e-invoicing contributed to accelerating annual recurring revenue and cloud revenue growth. It also said AI investments are improving operations and creating opportunities to extend customer value, while operating discipline is driving profitability improvements and greater cash generation.
