Vertical Aerospace signed a memorandum of understanding with Sigma Air Mobility for the intended purchase and operation of its Valo eVTOL aircraft.
The agreement sets a framework covering aircraft acquisition, operational testing, commercial readiness, customer requirements, and the launch of electric air mobility services.
