Vertiv agrees to buy King Environmental Services
VRT•Vertiv agreed to acquire Europe-based King Environmental Services, with closing expected in the fourth quarter of 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.
1. Acquisition details
Vertiv said the acquisition will expand its thermal services footprint into EMEA, targeting liquid-cooled, high-density data centers supporting AI workloads. King Environmental adds field execution capacity, commissioning support and specialized load testing to Vertiv’s fluid management platform.
