Vertiv completed its acquisition of King Environmental Services, which provides fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centers. The acquisition expands Vertiv’s thermal management services into Europe, the Middle East and Africa and builds on North American fluid management capabilities established through its 2025 purchase of PurgeRite. The transaction is not expected to materially affect financial results.
