Vertiv today launched Vertiv™ Next Predict, an AI-powered managed service designed to shift data center maintenance from reactive and calendar-based routines to a proactive, data-driven model. Combining advanced machine learning algorithms with field expertise, the service continuously analyzes power, cooling and IT system behavior to detect anomalies early and prioritize interventions. Vertiv Next Predict supports an expanding range of Vertiv platforms, including battery energy storage solutions and liquid cooling components, and is engineered for seamless integration with future data center technologies under a unified grid-to-chip architecture. This rollout strengthens Vertiv’s integrated AI infrastructure portfolio and addresses the growing demand for resilient operations as AI workloads surge.

2. International Expansion and Strong Backlog Fuel Growth Prospects

Vertiv’s momentum outside North America accelerated in fiscal 2025, driven by surging AI infrastructure demand across Europe and Asia Pacific. The company reported a backlog of $9.5 billion at year-end, reflecting double-digit organic growth in EMEA and APAC service contracts. Vertiv has expanded its regional service centers by 15% over the past twelve months, adding technicians in Germany, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates to support rapid deployment of prefabricated data center modules and high-density cooling systems. Management expects international markets to contribute more than 40% of total revenue in 2026, underpinned by long-term maintenance agreements for hyperscale and colocation customers.
