Vertiv’s order backlog expanded to $9.5 billion at the end of 2025, up from $7.8 billion a year earlier. This backlog supports management’s guidance for continued double-digit organic revenue growth in fiscal 2026. The backlog strength is driven by multi-year contracts with cloud providers and telecommunications operators upgrading capacity to support next-generation network requirements.
