Veru FY26 Q3 net loss narrows to $7 million; R&D expense rises 44% to $4.4 million

Veru posted a fiscal third-quarter net loss of $7 million, or $0.30 per share, narrowing from $7.3 million, or $0.50 per share.
R&D expense climbed to $4.4 million, while G&A expense fell to $3.4 million.
Operating loss from continuing operations widened to $7.7 million from $7.5 million.
Cash position and trial progress
Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash totaled $23.9 million at June 30, 2026, up from $15.8 million at Sept. 30, 2025.
The Phase 2b PLATEAU trial of enobosarm with semaglutide is fully enrolled at 239 patients, and interim analysis remains on track for calendar Q1 2027.
