Veru will advance oral sabizabulin into a planned Phase 2 trial for metastatic KRAS-driven pancreatic cancer resistant to daraxonrasib.
The decision follows newly presented preclinical studies showing sabizabulin remained effective in models of daraxonrasib resistance.
Veru plans to seek FDA feedback in a pre-IND meeting in Q4 2026 to shape the trial’s scope.
