Chief legal officer change effective July 27, 2026

VIA Transportation appointed Matt Levine as chief legal officer, effective July 27, 2026.
Levine previously served as general counsel and chief privacy officer at Clear Secure from 2012 to 2024.
He most recently worked as chief legal officer at Success Academy Charter Schools.
Erin Abrams will step down as chief legal officer on July 27, 2026.
Abrams will move to a senior advisory role through Jan. 1, 2027.
