Closing is targeted by the end of 2026; Pacira would become a wholly owned Viatris unit and be delisted from Nasdaq.

Pacira brings EXPAREL and ZILRETTA, two marketed, patent-protected non-opioid pain therapies in the U.S. It generated about $746 million in revenue and $177 million in adjusted EBITDA in the 12 months ended June 30, 2026.
