Viatris commences tender offer to acquire Pacira BioSciences

Viatris has commenced a tender offer to acquire Pacira BioSciences for $36.50 per share in cash. Pacira would become a wholly owned Viatris subsidiary, and its board unanimously recommends that shareholders accept the offer and tender their shares.
