Viatris Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $119 million; revenue rises 5% to $3.8 billion

Viatris posted second-quarter 2026 revenue of $3.8 billion, up 5% from the second quarter of 2025, while U.S. GAAP net loss widened to $119 million.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 10% to $1.2 billion, and adjusted EPS increased 11% to $0.69.
Loss driven by Tyrvaya rights charge
The U.S. GAAP loss was driven by a $177.8 million non-cash charge tied to the planned sale of Tyrvaya rights.
Tyrvaya rights sale and guidance update
Viatris signed a deal to sell global Tyrvaya rights to Harrow for $30 million upfront, with up to $70 million in commercial milestone payments.
The company raised its 2026 guidance midpoints to $14.75 billion in revenue, $4.4 billion in adjusted EBITDA, $2.52 in adjusted EPS, and $2.2 billion in free cash flow excluding costs.
