VICI Properties appoints John Sullivan as independent director to board

VICI Properties appointed John M. Sullivan as an independent director, expanding the board to eight members.
Sullivan will join the board’s Compensation Committee, plus the Nominating and Governance Committee.
He was CEO of Cadillac Fairview from January 2011 until retiring in October 2023, following more than 25 years at the company.
