VICI Properties names John M. Sullivan independent director to board

VICI Properties appointed John M. Sullivan to its board as an independent director, effective upon receipt of applicable approvals.
Board size is expected to rise to eight directors once the appointment takes effect.
Sullivan is set to join the compensation committee, nominating committee and governance committee.
He was president and CEO of Cadillac Fairview from January 2011 until retiring in October 2023.
