Victoria's Secret named Gerri Martin-Flickinger to its board, effective Sept. 14.

Martin-Flickinger previously served as executive vice president and chief technology officer at Starbucks, where she led global technology strategy and cloud modernization.

The board size will rise to 10 directors on Sept. 14, with nine independent directors.
