Victoria’s Secret Q2 FY26 adjusted EPS more than doubles to $0.95; net sales rise 10% to $1.61 billion

Adjusted gross margin rate widened 3.2 percentage points to 38.8%, while the adjusted SG&A rate narrowed 0.7 percentage points to 31.1%.
The company forecast full-year net sales of about $7.1 billion-$7.18 billion, and adjusted operating income at about $560 million-$590 million.
Quarterly results improve across sales and profitability
Victoria’s Secret reported Q2 net sales up 10% to $1.61 billion, with comparable sales up 9%.
GAAP operating income more than doubled to $256.63 million; GAAP net income attributable to shareholders rose to $183.05 million.
GAAP diluted EPS climbed to $2.18; adjusted diluted EPS rose to $0.95.
