The asset manager reported second-quarter adjusted net income of $172.2 million, up from $122.5 million a year ago.
As of June 30, Victory Capital had assets under management of $342.5 billion.

Inflows and acquisition target comments
Analysts at Barclays said management is now pointing to a larger pool of potential acquisition targets, with $200 billion-$500 billion of assets under management.
Victory Capital pulled long-term net inflows of $4.2 billion and long-term gross flows of $22.1 billion.
