Vida Introduces VIDAx Tokenized Shares on xStocks for 110 Countries

VIDAVIDA

Vida Global listed its tokenized equity Vidax on Payward’s xStocks platform, making Vidax available for trading on Kraken across 110 countries. xStocks holds over $30 billion in transaction volume and supports more than 100 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, broadening non-U.S. investor access to Vida’s Class A shares.

1. Listing on xStocks

Vida Global has listed its tokenized equity Vidax on Payward’s xStocks framework, making Vidax tradable on the Kraken exchange for eligible investors in over 110 countries. The move follows Vida’s recent IPO on NYSE American and NYSE Texas, integrating digital asset infrastructure with its public equity.

2. xStocks Platform Scale

Payward’s xStocks platform supports more than 100 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs and has processed over $30 billion in transaction volume with 125,000 unique holders. Built to be multi-chain and interoperable, the framework allows assets to move seamlessly across wallets, protocols, and trading venues.

3. Investor Access and Considerations

Customers can gain economic exposure to Vida’s Class A shares through Vidax tokens, opening a new channel for non-U.S. investors to participate in U.S. capital markets via digital assets. Despite expanded access, tokenized equity carries risks including liquidity impacts, custody key loss, and uncertain regulatory treatment.
