1. Prototype Validation and IP Licensing
Viewbix’s subsidiary Quantum Transportation finalized its initial prototype validation under the transformer-based quantum decoder program and secured a critical intellectual property license from Ramot at Tel Aviv University, demonstrating early technical viability.
2. Transformer-Based Decoder Cloud Deployment
The team has implemented its neural quantum decoder on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, creating scalable capabilities to process noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) data and handle complex quantum computation workloads.
3. Transition to Hardware Testing
With cloud integration complete, Quantum Transportation is preparing to collaborate with quantum hardware design partners and transition its code-agnostic decoder into testing phases on real physical quantum machines across multiple architectures.
4. Acquisition Update
Viewbix reaffirmed its definitive agreement to acquire up to 100% of Quantum X Labs, including Quantum Transportation, with the transaction anticipated to close within 90 days of December 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
