Viking takes delivery of new Viking Rota river ship, expands European fleet
VIK•Viking Holdings took delivery of the 190-passenger Viking Rota, which will operate on the Rhine, Main and Danube. The company’s orderbook targets 18 additional river ships by 2028, 11 ocean ships by 2032 and two expedition ships by 2031.

Viking Holdings took delivery of the Viking Rota, a 190-passenger river ship that will operate on the Rhine, Main and Danube. Its committed orderbook targets 18 additional river ships by 2028, bringing the river fleet to 114 ships, along with 11 additional ocean ships by 2032 and two expedition ships by 2031.
