Findings showed weight loss could be maintained when dosing shifted to less frequent schedules, supporting broader use beyond weekly injections.

Weekly dosing over a longer period continued to drive additional weight reduction, suggesting durability without an apparent flattening of effect.

Safety during maintenance looked favorable, with gastrointestinal side effects broadly comparable to placebo and low treatment discontinuations.

Results have already been released; an oral-maintenance component is planned for a future part 2 of the study.
