Quarterly financial results
- Village Farms posted net income attributable to shareholders of $7.15 million, down from a year earlier, as discontinued-operations gains in 2025 did not repeat.
- Sales rose 7% year over year to $63.98 million, driven by international export sales that climbed 74% to $20.9 million.
- Gross margin widened 10 percentage points to 47% as the sales mix shifted toward international exports, while cost of sales fell 9% to $34 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations slipped 10% to $15.41 million, reflecting the absence of a favorable vendor settlement recorded in 2025.
