VINCI Buys Back 478,282 Shares at €117.36 and Acquires Fletcher Construction for €630m
Between January 12–16, VINCI repurchased 478,282 treasury shares at a weighted average price of €117.36 under its authorized buyback program. VINCI also agreed to acquire New Zealand’s Fletcher Construction, adding €630 million in annual revenue and 2,300 employees, pending 2026 regulatory approval.
