VINCI repurchased 478,282 treasury shares at an average €117.36 per share from January 12-16 under its April 2025 buyback authorization. The group agreed to acquire New Zealand’s Fletcher Construction (annual revenue €630 million, 2,300 employees) and won a Paris-area waste treatment plant renovation contract.
