VinFast named Pham Nhat Quan Anh chief executive officer, effective Sept. 12, 2026, replacing Pham Nhat Vuong.

Quan Anh has served as VinFast chairman.
He is also CEO of VinMetal Trading and Production, a Vingroup affiliate focused on steel.

Quan Anh's background at VinFast and Vinpearl

He joined VinFast in February 2019, holding senior roles spanning vehicle development, manufacturing, sales, marketing, after-sales, planning, and quality.

Earlier, he was deputy general director and deputy COO at Vinpearl from 2017 to 2019.
