Virginia National Bankshares Q4 Net Income Jumps 30% to $6 Million
Virginia National Bankshares reported Q4 2025 net income of $6.0 million, or $1.10 per diluted share, up from $4.6 million, or $0.85 per share, in Q4 2024. Year-to-date net income rose to $19.3 million, or $3.55 per share, driven by a 28-bp reduction in cost of funds.
