Virginia Retirement Systems increased its Johnson & Johnson stake by 12.3% in Q3, adding 127,100 shares to reach 1,158,903 shares valued at $214.9 million. Ascent Group LLC trimmed its holding by 8.3% to 63,449 shares worth $11.8 million, and Johnson & Johnson declared a $1.30 dividend payable March 10, 2026.
