Viridian reported $24.7 million in net product revenue from Lumvoa in its first quarter of launch, with more than 100 patients on therapy. Third-quarter net loss widened to $101.2 million from $34.6 million a year earlier.
Research and development expenses fell, mainly because of lower clinical study costs for veligrotug and elegrobart, while selling, general and administrative expenses rose to support Lumvoa commercial activities and organizational growth. The company plans to submit a biologics license application for elegrobart in TED in the first quarter of 2027; it expects a phase 1 trial of VRDN-292 in Graves’ disease to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026 and VRDN-008 phase 1 data and a FcRn portfolio update in that quarter.
