Virtuix Holdings will hold its annual stockholder meeting online on Sept. 24, 2026 at virtualshareholdermeeting.com/VTIX2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing three Class I directors to serve until the 2029 annual meeting.
Items also include an advisory vote to ratify EisnerAmper as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
