Vishay Unveils Space-Grade Choke With 14.43A Rating and 3600Ω Impedance
Vishay Intertechnology launched the SGCM05339 space-grade common mode choke providing EMI filtering for GaN and SiC switching with impedance up to 3600 Ω and heat rating current up to 14.43 A across -55 °C to +130 °C. The device features a nanocrystalline core, rugged overmolded construction, MIL-PRF-27 and MIL-STD-981 screening.

The device delivers common mode impedance ranging from 540 Ω to 3600 Ω, heat rating current up to 14.43 A, DC resistance between 0.0029 Ω and 0.1318 Ω, and operates from -55 °C to +130 °C.
3. Screening and Customization
SGCM05339 meets outgassing standard ASTM-E595 and offers screening options including MIL-PRF-27 Grade 5, MIL-STD-981 Class S, and EEE-INST-002, with customization by turn count, wire gauge and other parameters.
