Vision Marine authorizes buyback of up to 326,523 shares under NCIB
VMAR•VMAR•VMAR•VMAR•The buyback may begin on Aug. 7, 2026 and end on Aug. 6, 2027, unless completed or terminated earlier. Purchases may be made on the TSXV, Nasdaq, or other permitted venues at market prices, and Ventum will execute the trades.
Repurchased shares are expected to be cancelled, which would reduce the share count. Vision Marine said no shares were repurchased under any program in the prior 12 months.
Vision Marine has launched a normal course issuer bid to repurchase up to 326,523 common shares, or about 5% of shares outstanding.
